SAP UEM is helping Graybar detect and correct user errors, improve employee experience and boost response time across transactions.
The in-depth user analytics of SAP UEM give Graybar full visibility into employee engagement with enterprise applications. The distributor has been able to ensure the success of its SAP S/4HANA migration by using SAP UEM to compare pre- and post-upgrade user experience and response time. Graybar also leverages the solution to identify and address errors and inefficiencies without requiring employees to recreate their actions.
