Experienced Executive to Guide Company’s Growth

Mr. Berns has successfully led several companies, both public and private, through profitable growth and will be key to guiding Knoa’s continued expansion.

Berns is a successful software industry veteran with over twenty years of senior executive experience, including most recently his position as President and Chief Operating Officer at Ericom Software. Prior to that he also held the position of Division Vice President at Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FICO) and Vice President of North America Sales and Field Operations at Brio Software (acquired by Oracle). Additionally, Berns has been the founding member of several successful software start-ups including Certona, Proginet and others. Berns has a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University, and a Masters Degree from New York University.
