AI-Powered Observability
Knoa task mining delivers AI-powered business process observability to SAP customers based on the combined Knoa task mining and SAP Signavio process mining data. This capability is based on the integration between the Knoa and SAP Signavio solutions and it leverages the AI-assisted process analyzer capability, which is part of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.

- Using Knoa task mining with SAP Signavio’s process analyzer enables customers to use natural language to obtain immediate insights about the health of their business processes, democratizing process mining to business users.
