New Capability Enables Enterprise Organizations to Understand How Users Interact with SAP Fiori Applications to Improve Adoption

Orlando, Fl., (May 17, 2016) – Knoa Software, a leading provider of user experience management (UEM) software, today announced a new version of its Knoa UEM product which offers the capability to monitor SAP Fiori® applications. This solution allows enterprise organizations to understand how users interact with and use the SAP Fiori user experience (UX) via browsers on desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices.

“By providing data for SAP Fiori applications across mobile and desktop browsers, our newly integrated solution gives customers a more unified view of user experience data,” stated Brian Berns, CEO of Knoa Software. “This data is extremely useful across the deployment lifecycle and allows organizations to gather user-centric information that will dramatically improve adoption and the overall return on the technology investment.”

The expanded solution addresses key use cases when developing and deploying SAP Fiori applications in mobile environments. The insights garnered from end-user data on mobile devices will allow executives to gain an improved understanding about how users are adopting the SAP Fiori UX, helping them to recognize and mitigate end-user issues and ultimately ensure a successful adoption.

“Our proof of concept provided a lot of promising results that will jumpstart our Fiori and mobility conversations,” said GibbonsSaint Paul,SAP functional solutions architect at Salt River Project (SRP). “User experience is a key focus area for us and having a tool like Knoa UEM can help provide direction on what Fiori applications can provide the best value to our users.”

Supporting the most widely used environment configurations, including devices running Safari (desktop and iOS) and Chrome (desktop, iOS, and Android) browsers, Knoa’s expanded solution allows executives to measure the effectiveness of Fiori applications on an extensive array of devices.
