Back to reality in the NYC office and reflecting on an amazing, action-packed, somewhat exhausting but very successful week at SAPPHIRE NOW + ASUG Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. The week was a whirlwind of activity, knowledge transfer, education and relationship building.
On Monday, before SAPPHIRE NOW + ASUG Annual Conference officially kicked off, Knoa hosted our quarterly uKnoa user group meeting at Tommy Bahamas in Pointe Orlando. Several customers, at various stages of implementation, came together to share their experiences using the Knoa User Experience Management (UEM) solution. This particular uKnoa meeting featured a customer presentation and had an amazing interactive group activity and networking session that was insightful and fun. It was a great way to start the week and jumpstart the Knoa buzz.
Our booth was ready, our staff was pumped and when the exhibit hall opened Tuesday morning, we were prepared for the deluge of attendees. The Knoa booth was bombarded with non-stop traffic. Our skilled sales engineers were flooded with demo requests and, at times, we had a queue of prospects, SAP customers, and partners waiting to see our solution in action.
On Tuesday evening we co-hosted a customer appreciation dinner with our SAP colleagues for more than 100 guests. Introductions were made, familiar voices were linked to new faces and laughter and lively discussion filled the room well into the late evening.
On Tuesday and Wednesday Mondelez International and Leprino Foods presented their experience using Knoa during standing-room-only customer roundtable discussions. They shared their invaluable insight to a very engaged and inquisitive audience.
We wrapped up a successful week with partners, colleagues and friends by dancing and singing along to none other than “Jenny from the Block” – Jennifer Lopez - at the Amway Center in Orlando. It was a perfect way to close out the event.
We captured the highlights of the week in this short video clip. Take a look into the week’s action!
